What is a Night Nurse?

NightOwl’s founder, Sarah Ruth Domingo, is a dedicated, knowledgeable RN with over 10 years of experience. Sarah has a passion for helping new parents transition into parenthood.

A night nurse is a healthcare professional with specific training to ease new parents into their newborn’s routine while either spending the night in your home or by providing on-demand virtual services.

Whether you’ve recently brought home your first baby or if you have other littles running around - NightOwl Nursing is here to help you get the rest and education that you need while providing the care your newborn baby needs.

 How Night Nursing Works

It’s easy to become overwhelmed once you’ve brought your new baby home. The hustle and bustle is over, and it’s normal to feel alone when figuring out your routine, and your baby’s routine while still getting the rest and self-care that you need.

NightOwl Nursing provides in-home and virtual night nurse services on a schedule that suits our clients’ needs.

Our process begins with scheduling a consultation and a home visit to ensure we know exactly what you and your baby need. From there, we either schedule virtual or in-person shifts throughout the week to help you establish consistent sleep, feeding, and general care routines with your baby.

NighOwl Nursing Is Here To Help

In addition to the services listed above, we offer Emotional Coaching, Postpartum Support, Infant Care Lessons, Infant Weight Tracking, and Healthcare Navigation.

 Get The Sleep You Need

Our services ensure that exhausted new parents get that critical eight hours of sleep while learning key skills to help care for and foster a bond with their new baby. This helps reduce the stress, anxiety, burnout, and sleep deprivation so common for parents of newborns.

The first few weeks with your new baby are critical for development, and our dedicated and meticulous team of night nurses makes your needs a priority so that this transition goes as smoothly as possible. Our goal is to help our clients adjust to this new phase of their lives armed with knowledge and support.
